It's getting both partners ready for sex, can be different for everyone, but for me it is ensuring my g/f gets a good few orgasms before I go inside her. I tend to use my fingers on her while sucking her nipples, until she orgasms, then if she wants I will eat her out. Then when she is ready we can then have intercourse. Obviously if she wants to play with my penis or suck me off then that is always appreciated. Basically foreplay is anything that happens before intercourse.

Foreplay is all of the fun and games that extends before actual intercourse. It isn't necessarily one thing....much much more. From long slow deep kisses to roaming hands. Bodies touching, groing....feeling each other. Foreplay can be oral...licking...sucking...breasts....more...Bottom line it is all good and all of the above....best to have foreplay so the sex is all that much better....Linger first.
