Well you could, yes, but then you 'could' using any form of contraception. You need to just take the next pill as soon as you can, and maybe consider extra protection for the rest of the month as your protection from the pill will be lower.
Most of the answers above are scare mongering, there is no point taking the morning after pill as you are on the contraceptive pill, and there is no point doing a pregnancy test until your next period is late - you won't have produced enough 'pregnancy hormone' in your wee yet - to be blunt!

I would go and get the morning after pill hun at least that way there is no way you could get pregnant as the morning after pill contains things that prevent pregnancy taking place if it has started unless of course u want a baby then just wait to see if u miss a period i myself if no children are wanted would go take a morning after pill and then continue with ur pill as normal as one person said to u that they fell pregnant on the pill as the pill is still no garentee i would go and get the morning after pill to be sure plus its not like it costs anything more good luck hun!!!

It mostly depends on how far through the packet you are i.e. higher risk at the beginning of the pill cycle less risk at the end. Read the little page of notes that come with every pill packet to be sure. To be doubly sure if you really don't want to take a risk then go to the Pharmacy for the Morning After Pill.

If you are delayed taking your pill by more than 24 hours then pregnancy can be inevitable but since you were within the 24 hours there is a chance you may not be! But please take a test to make sure, afterall the contraceptive pill is not 100% safe itself. Go take a test for your own sake.

So many other factors to consider.
How long have you been on the pill? Missing one will not make too much of a difference if you've been on it for years.
Then again, I have taken my pill religiously for years, and got pregnant with my daughter while on it. Wait a bit, and then buy a test. Jumping to conclusions might not be necessary.

Depending on what pill your on the combined pill you can take it up to 12 hours late and the mini pill only 3 hours late, so get to the chemist quick.

i would just keep taking the pill.. and maybe call a gyn or their nurse and ask.. pregnancy is always a possiblity if you miss a pill but less likely if it only happened once.. like you only missed one pill instead of 2.. it explains everything on the little pamphlet that comes with your pill pack

I doubt that you got pregnant....You really didn't even miss 24 hours of taking the pill, i mean you took it within 24 hours. If you think that you could have gotten pregnant then call your doctor.
