Try using Garnier Fructis shampoo and conditioner, and other Garnier products. I use it all the time, and my hair is quite soft.

try these....
@Try treating yourself to a hair spa treatment at least once a month.
@Use a clarifying shampoo once a week, it clears built up debris in your scalp.
@avoid hair coloring and ironing your hair because heat and chemicals destroys the protein bonds that make up the hair follicle.
@Increase protein because hair is made up of protein. when you wash your hair massage your scalp using the pads of your fingers NOT your nails because nails may injure the cells that make up your scalp, massaging in a circular motion stimulates the sebaceous glands making them produce oil which makes your hair shiny, smooth and silky.
@use brushes made of boar's hair and brush it everynight at least 100 times. Boar's hair makes your hair shiny by polishing it and distributing the oil produced by your sebaceous glands evenly.
@trim the ends of your hair once a month to avoid having split ends. keep yourself well hydrated.
@THERE is no instant result that will last you a lifetime, spa treatments have to be maintained and you have to take care of yourself INSIDE so that beauty will radiate to the outside.
