RE:
do you think a 29 waist size is too small for a male model?

Not at all. I have freinds who are male models and the most important thing is that you have good facial features for the job (some look very boyish, some very rugged) and that your body is in good shape and height/weight/facially proportionate.

If you've never done any modeling before, it might be worth contacting local fashion schools and seeing if they are looking for people to model the students work as they are often having shows but find it difficult to get the right sort of model.

Some online information on what it takes to be a male fashion model..

* You can start out roughly between the ages of 18 and 25. They won't want you to look too childish. The good news is that a man's modeling career usually lasts longer than a woman's, and since ten-year-old boys more often dream of blowing things up rather than strutting the Hugo Boss runway, this side of the biz tends to be less competitive as well.

* Average dimensions for a male model are a height of 5'11"- 6'2" and a weight of 140-165 lbs. You should also be fit (not bulging with muscles, but definitely healthy).

It does seem pretty small, my 19 year old sis has that waist size. Though if the model is HOT and muscled, with rippling abs..then who's to say. Everyone has different preferences. Plus, not all models have to be nude. I'd say if he was tall and handsome and had something unique to offer, it's possible.

Depends on the proportioned of your body....contrary believe, if you're big, say around 5' 8" in height and above/ weight about 150pds and above, then you should not have a 29 waist size......looks odd isn't?
If you'e well proportioned, then it should be fine.....

But I'm really 31 and I do a lot of exercises and I'm not all fat I have my muscles, and people tell me that I should get some weigh.

sounds ok to me. A lot of guys that work out usually have tiny waists but much bigger chests.
