white is the most pleasent colour according to the scientists.then comes blue and then rose.black is qiute disturbing tension giving and gives out negative rays and describes evil.

Its different for each person, if an orange sunset is your most peaceful memory than its orange, if you had a childhood by the sea it might be blue or green. It is all dependant on you and your experiences.

If you're looking for 'pleasant', then stay away from neutrals and hot/warm colors. That leaves only blue out of your list.

black,white,rose are not colours they are tones.
red ,blue, green, ie primary colours.
any tone of green is considered to have a calming effect upon your senses, my preffered colour is blue. LF

white is actually a very neutral calming color - black is too dark, foreboding in a way - orange is good too, but a lil too brightish - rose is lovely... but aggressive in tone - so... white... pleasant.

To whom? To you? I do not know. For me , light blue . Some may like even black. It depends on one's taste.
