i cant seem to get over my ex. i love her. we been seperated for 11 months. we still casually hang out probably 2 times a month. she cheated on me-i was loyal.it seems she is wrecking me and not knowing it. is it worth it? how can i get over her?

Give it time. But dont hang all over her. Distance yourself if you want to get over her. Keeping in site is keeping her in mind and heart. If you were thinking about getting back with her, dont show it, as a matter of fact act like you dont have any interest in her, that'll make her come to you, a woman hates to be ignored. But go in with eyes wide open, she can break your heart again.

Get out the door and go find yourself another one. Get a hobby, get a sport and keep your job. You'll be too tired and too interested on whatever you can geek out on and sweat it out on to bother noticing the whore that isnt worth your time. Youre just running an hampster wheel in your own mind it sounds like.
Forget about hanging out two times a month. Get another GF that can be more like 2 or 3 times a week is much better for you and you'll move on. Be too busy for your ex is all im trying to say.
Only you know how busy that is.

11 months and your not over her? seems like this could cause depression.. then depression leads to substance abuse.. then drug dependency.. then , a sad and misery death..

Well.. I recommend NOT Focusing on the females..
Instead, focus on cars.. go buy a BMW, and make love with it.. like drive her for hours on the road.. you and the BMW must become one..
or find a hobby, like collecting Lacoste shirts..
and by not focusing on the females, they seem to come to YOU, by the dozen.. !!

sit down write what you want to say to her,than ask her to see you,tell her everything that you have to say,tell her not to interrupt you,after you let it out of your chest,you will feel better,and tell her that you don't want to see her anymore,once cheater always a cheater, and I'm telling that you will feel great,don't let her manipulate you.good luck
