Nothing wrong with wanting things clean, but sometimes you just need to relax! You'll burn yourself out trying to get things perfect all the time.

It may not be OCD, but it can stem into that if you let it get out of hand. A lot of women (especially first time mothers) believe that that everything needs to look clean and tidy. Eventually they begin to think that they need to check on things every few minutes, because they are stressed out. My ex was like that when she had my daughter. She was constantly checking on her and making sure everything was clean. Eventually I sat her down and told her that she was obsessing over it.

Sometimes obsessive cleaning is something that happens when you don't have anything to do. I honestly believe thats why a lot of elderly people have these pristine houses or apartments. Take a rest and put your feet up. Treat yourself to a day at a spa, get a massage, and just RELAX.

The human body is a lot more resiliant to germs than you think.

It sound to me that you may be suffering from an illness called OCD , obsesive compulsive disorder. You are obviously only in the early stages and I would strongly suggest that you get some help before this gets out of control
If you don't do something now, this will take total control of your life.Have you ever seen the film" As Good as it Gets" staring Jack Nicolson?just to give you an example.

Please see your doctor.

Could be obsessive compulsive disorder, sounds like what you have is mild, but I would see the doctor as it can get much more serious but I believe they have medication to controlk it, but also counselling should be an option before medication, and as yours is mild you may be able to overcome it completely with a little help, it can take over all areas of your life.

If it is getting in the way of you living the life you want then you need to go and seek help straight away.
The symptoms you relate are certainly not life threatening.he fact that you can see that it is becoming an obsession is a plus.
I really would advise you to get help now and stop things before it gets out of hand. Life is too short not to have time to have fun!!

I don't think there is a problem. You might just be a neat person. People who actually have problems are particular about everything... and since you didn't capitalize or use proper punctuation I would guess things not being perfect don't really bother you that much. You are just a very clean person.

depends. You could either be a perfectionist like my mother and sister, or it could be a obessive compulsion disorder. If it is trully causing problems my best advice would be to find a therapist. You also could have an anxiety disorder, which all of these things could be treated easily. Bottom line if stops you from functioning like you think you should----go see a doc.

Hi yes I think you have a problem its called OCD , you must have had a traumatic event in your life that you have not yet come to terms with , it will help to talk about it , speak to your Doctor ask to see a Councellor as you really need to get it of your chest ,it won't cure it straight away but in time you will be fine .

My opinion is, you are becoming addictive to alcohol. Watch out, all the siptoms you have can lead you to different illnesses. Alcohol does not have any kind of nutrition that will help your body. It is all about to ruin your health and system.
Finally, I do not think you have problems at the moment, but you are about to have them. All the simptoms you have will lead you to any health damage. BE CAREFULL!!!
