That depends on your bone structure but there is a medical chart on line check with the www.ama.com or the american medical association. However maximum is 118 to 120 in that range I believe. Unless you have real small bones?

Weight should not be an issue with so many folk. I am 5'2" but weigh 10 stone. All the charts say i am overweight. However i have a body fat % of 18. This is due to me doing weight training.
We are all different so why should there be an average??

Jump on set of bio-electrical impendance sales. These send a small cuurnet through your body and will give you a very accurate reading on your body composition including retained water, muscle mass, and fat%.
A fat % above 30 means you are carrying a little extra fat. Which can easily be fixed with regular exercise and eating plan.

You should technically weigh between 100lb and 135lb. But more importantly your body fat percentage should be between 15% and 30% to be healthy. HTH : )

It really depends on your whole body's bone structure, your frame. I'm 5'3 and I weight 105 lbs (I'm not skinny), but I have friends that are 5'3 and weight 120 lbs and they aren't overweight. And remember that muscles weight more than fat.
