Yes It hurts bad, but heals fast. The only other thing is that getting the ink in your mouth.

I think it would hurt a lot more than an ordinary tattoo, think of how much it hurts when you bit your lip. Plus it would be awkward to have your lip pulled out by the tattooist.

haha i think of it could be %guy and a few dots with a cherry on the tip :) or you are able to positioned dick on the different one so once you place your lips at the same time its like they're doing it!

I'm not sure. I have three tats. A cross on my left shoulder blade, my name in japanese on the inside of my wrist, and I just got a tribal sun around my belly button. I used to have my nipple pierced, but only my tongue now.

yes it hurts.
and it bleeds even more.
but they heal really quickly andd won't affect your bite or taste buds later on.
but do you really want to be reminded of you bitterness for the rest of your life?... think about it
