i have a friend who i really like. she knows this cuz i aske dher out a year ago but she said no and wanted to be friends. since then we have started hanging out a lot like going to mo she does things like hug me hello and goodbye. i sometimes catch her staring at me when we are sitting together. on the other hand she doesnt call me to hang out i always call her. she is that way. she even told me she would never aska guy out so maybe she likes being chased. i wanna know if i should ask her out again or kiss her. what should i say when i ask her out or kiss her?

You friend does like you only that she is the kind of person who hates commitment.
There are several ways you could handle this situation:
a) Move on and find a normal gal.
b) Tells her what you think and accept the fact that you will never get her to commit or have kids but you get to move with her and shag her. It's a very complex relationship.
c) Keep her as a fark buddy.
No offence, but these are my opinions.

Frankly she likes you as a friend but she knows you are a total wuss and girls don't go for guys like that. Girls don't like nice guys. They like bad guys. You don't have to start acting like Pee Wee Herman and saying your a loaner and blah blah blah. What you need to do is not call her. Just tell her to give you a call when you email her then don't call. She will call and ask you what your doing. Tell her you have been busy. I don't care if you been sitting by the phone like a wuss. You can talk to her then ask her where did she want to take you. If you act like this she will begin to chase you. Be cocky and funny make fun of her a little not in a bad way just fun. If you are all Gaga then she is not going to be interested. People want what they have to chase after. Women are no different. I make all the women call me. Sometimes I give them a call. But then I don't for a while and they call me all the time. I email them and say call me. They do. Believe me I am not some good looking hunk and it's so easy you won't believe it.

The next time she hugs you, wrap your arms around her waist and pull her close to you.... look her dead in the eyes and tell her that she is the most amazing woman you have ever had the honor of spending time with and she would make you the happiest man in the universe if she would be your girlfriend.... then just plant a big juicy kiss on her lips.
If she says no after that, then you should look elsewhere for love and find a new gal to hang with.

Hmmm, seems she really likes to be chased...You can ask her again to go out and she might say no again or you can try to kiss her... if she kisses u back I thinks is because she likes you, if not then just say sorry and tell her its better not to hang out anymore.

well honestly i think u should give it some more time as i would. maybe u catchin her starin @ u is only a coincidence but den again mayb u shud try talkin 2 her ask her how she feels about u nd tell her how u feel about her...also try opening up the relationship more to get a better affect....talk 2 her more and ask her 2 the movies or something. newayz good luck!

A woman like that sounds like the type to be playing you, get a friend someone she don't know start hanging out real tight, around this girl you like ,and she'll come around sometimes it takes a woman to see you with another to want to be with you harsh but it's truth.
