Drink a glass of water in between each drink and make sure to eat a good meal before you go out. Things like bread help.

Drink a glass of water with squezeed lemon in between. If you haven't been to the restroom, definitely slow down and drink water.

Tell em more tonic than gin. You'll pay the same price; but you'll remember dancing. You'll even know the name of the guy laying next to you.

Eat a solid carbohydrate meal first, just before you go out and cut your drinks with even more soda than how they are served mixed. Buy one and buy a plain soda, and mix them! Or alternate, one mixed wiht one soda. Or how about just not drinking? Do be SMART and never drink and drive!

this is more of a case of self control, however try alternating your alcoholic drinks with a soft drink that should work and keep you hydrated too.
