Is ICRI A GOOD INSTITUTE FOR CLINICAL COURSE?

it is in andheri(marol). i am intrested in diploma in clinical data management. i had heard that a case was filed on them for cheating the students on giving them a mumbai recognised certificate for the course and was not given. and the fees is 1.5 lacs. please help.
