very simple. pull out a hair from your head and tie it tightly around the mold it will fall of within a few days.

My aunt used to have the same problem .She pulled out a hair and tied around them and some fell off in afew days. Give it a try!

if you have molds growing on your neck you must be very unclean and slow. the only creatures i can think of that grow mold are the sloth, and the tortise. you must seek some sort of help be it what it may.
