The difference between being high and being drunk is, being drunk is some type of alcoholic beveraged intake, and being high is some sort of drug intake that can be different shapes and sizes.

Not much at all. High is usually from drugs. Drunk is usually from alchohol. They are both chemicicals. From my experience you have a less chance of getting a hang over from drugs then drinking. But as a former addict to both I strongly suggest that you stay away from them both. Try a nateral high like jogging. Trust me it is way more rewarding in the end.

I dont' have to deal with idiots if I drink, like walking into some redneck trailer and playing the entire game of... "you cool?, yeah I'm cool,!you cool?, if I drink whiskey.. plus it's cheaper, plus I dont' have to roll one to smoke to "prove" that I'm not a FED,, I just grab my whiskey from liquor store and go home. I don't have to worry about jail, it's legal to drink. Drunks women, are so much more, whether obnoxious, beligerant, ,, we become lushes either way, even after we puke,, stoned just goes to your head, and makes people paranoid and trippey, (plus they all look like chickens to me?, wtf).
Drunks can have humility, they feel guilty vomiting on the side of you car, or pissing in your trash can.. stoners, well .. they just forget or sit back and laugh their asses off. Being drunk kills the liver, being high kills the brain,, smart people get drunk! Lol.. sorry need to make a freshie,, .. I'll get back to this if I don't pass out first. oh,, I'm a snuggle bunny when I get drunk,, frisky!.. stoners just suck,, (back in the day anyway,, never had great sex while being high,, but drunk, is awesome)

Being high means you're excited, fearless and hyper active for a certain amount of time without consuming alcohol. Being drunk means consuming alcohol to achieve the same thing.

Depends. In the US, being drunk, is called drunk, but in the UK, it's called high, but, in the US, high is referred to as being so, on drugs.

The "giggle smoke" is much more fun, and you won't get a dwi, and can get up and go to work the next day feeling fine, a much better head, and no vomiting ! I no longer use ANY alcohol. Pot is self governing, whats the worst that can happen, you get sleepy, eat a twinkie, and go to bed.
