Can anyone offer any anti-callous or rough patch remedies for home? Do you know any websites I can check out? Or do I have to pay someone for a pedicure?

Mix granulated sugar and olive oil to make your own scrub. Works well as a general body scrub too.

i I use an instrument that looks like a large overside emery board or nail file
i bought it at a Beauty Supply store. You can use it in the shower after youve been in there a while . its waterproof. you might not want to try to remove all the dead skin in one session . try it over 3 or 4days.
