The only way to lose fat is to eat fewer calories than your body burns, then your body uses fat for "fuel" - everytime you sweat, or pee or your breathe, you are getting rid of the "waste" products produced from "burning" the "fuel" - not unlike the exhaust of a car!:)

Energy, you sweat the fat! little by little, what you do with a diet is not to recover all that you loose!

it gets broken down and used as energy....hence thats why we excersise to loose weight....otherwise it is lost trough sweat
