I am using Aquafresh Extreme Clean (The one with the orange flavor) and I think its because I do not put the cap on all the way usually but I find that the portion of the tube above the actual toothpaste has a pocket of air. The tube is half empty the bottom half is toothpaste and the top half is a pocket of air. Is there something that is chemically not good about this? Or is it because I squeeze the toothpaste out awkwardly? What are probable explanations for this?

Freaky...I can't tell you the whys of your toothpaste malady, but you might look at a phone number on the tube. I'd call them to report it...and switch to something that appears less toxic...your gums absorb anything you put on them immedieately--going strait to your blood stream.

Dude, did you really just ask that question? Give us some pictures, maybe a time-lapsed video so we can study your toothpaste squeezing skills.

I don't think your problem is with the toothpaste but the amount of free time on your hands.

well theres this thing that when you squeeze out toothpaste, it comes out. so, you have only half a tube left.
