I have heard that fasting can do miracles for your energy level and overall well being. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to start and how to proceed? I also have heard that you must detox your colon prior to a fast otherwise you can get poisoned. Is it true and how do you do it?

Drink plenty of fluids for a good week.
Eat lots of vegetables.
Lots of vegetables.
No meat.
Once you think you are good and clean, drink broth.
Drink broth for a week and then, you can fast.
Make the broth from the vegetables, no meat.

fast for a day and drink only water on the first day, make sure u get all the **** out of u r system, then start taking atleast 10litres of sea water per day for 4 days, on the fifth day start taking orange juices and continue for another 2days with the juices and on the seventh day slowly start off with some poridge, and slowly get into u r regular diet which has low oil and low salt and chilli

it is true to the extent that u do noteat healthy, fresh eatables, eat fruits and vegetables u can eat meat as well but it must b well cooked. avoid spicy and fast-food. fasting never stops u from eating what is healthy for u u can eat all simple food u want

just try to make it through the day drinking only water and eating nothing until dinner at this point only eat vegetables/ fruits, try this for a few days

Look for some cereals that do that for you, (Like FIBER MAX or one like that, and eat it twice a day) Read all the boxes, there are special cereals for cleaning your system.

NOT NECESSARY , BY FASTING. HAVE FRUITS AND VEGETABLES AND LOTS OF WATER AND A BITOF EXCERCISE LIKE WALKING AND RUNNING.
