Look for other grains like barley and rice. Many times they taste better than wheat and are better for you anyway. You can use soy milk or rice milk. There are lots of sugar substitutes out there and you should be able to use fructose or honey because they are chemically different from sucrose. You should be able to eat almost any kind of vegetable and most fruits.

Firstly, there is no specific allergy called processed food allergy. Lettuce is picked, trimmed, washed, packed and transported. That is, by definition, a processed food. She may be allergic to some processed foods. Secondly, if she really has a true allergy to sugar, you shouldn't be fixing her anything to eat. That is a devastating diagnosis, as most foods, processed or not, contain sugar. Most likely, she has an intolerance to refined sugar, not a sugar allergy, but a true sugar allergy is nothing to play around with. Consult her about what to prepare. Also, you might want to find out if these "conditions" are physician confirmed or self diagnosed. I suspect the latter. Good Luck with that!

rice is hypoallergenic, so try it in all its forms, boiled, fried, casserole etc.
Vegetables and fruits are very good.Meats too. Arent you lucky that you are allergic to only three things.
When you say sugar, you must be specific. All types of sugar?
You can take honey and molasses? fructose?
Be patient Do some research or ask a dietitian.

The diet required for someone with an allery to wheat, dairy, and sugar is tough. Corn pasta, nuts, nut spreads, fruits, vegetables, soy milk, rice milk, sprout bread etc... Go to google and punch in "candida" This should bring you to foods that you can have.
