workout 4 days a week, been doing martial arts for 2 years, and on my feet at work for 8 hours 5 days a week.My workout consists of 2 miles on cross trainer,then switch day to day with different nautilus machines,crunches and situps,recently started pushups, lastly spending about 5-7 min working on building up my wind with either running or jumping rope, am I missing something?

It's good to develop some muscle because from what you write it seems that you do indeed have some fat to burn.If you are trying to lose those unwanted man boobs try upper body exercises like weightlifting to tone. Try boxing and incorporating upper body exercises into your session. If you are a runner try moving your arms more as you go. And, of course, remember to stay away from the fast food.

Muscle burns fat. Developing your muscles will help you burn that remaining fat because simply having muscle raises your metabolism, meaning you burn more calories per day, even at rest. Eventually, muscle plus sensible nutrition plus cardio exercise will allow you to lower your body fat percentage to the point where the last pockets or stubborn fat will be burned as well.

The thing is to visualize your goal body. That's the most important. Then learn the techniques to achieve that look. There is a way, it's just different depending on the goal. The basics are always the same though: motivation, nutrition, weight training, aerobic training. You must have all these aspects covered.

As for the chest, well... if it's only fat (pseudo gynecomastia). it will go away eventually when your overall bodyfat percentage gets low enough.

I stopped trying to loose boobs, what I did, was to increase my chest workout to at least give them shape, and has work a little bit, they look less round and a little bit more squared, I haven't reduce them at all but they look better at least, it has being hard 'cause I have to double the effort to give them good shape!... the problem will be that if I stop doing this my boobs will fall down and get round again! a friend of mine had that same problem (and worse), he did a kind of lipo, now mines are bigger and he have normal ones and no scar! I don't know why I haven't do the same...

there is a condition called genomes. it is an increased level of estrogen in your system that can promote the formation of breast tissue. there is no exercise that will help this. it is more common in teenagers during puberty put can occur at other times talk with your doctor about it there are some treatments for it but if you are a teen in large it will rectify its self over time.

if u r really doing all that u claim u r doing....and still have those boobs and dont want any surgery ...then the best way is to pretend that you dont have the boobs in the first place!!!!

bench-press.. do upper chest and back muscle exercises. In time the extra fat in your chest giving you Man Boobies will disappear. Arm curls are also another good way to help that as well.

Basically, your body has above normal levels of female hormone(s). I suggest you see a doctor.
