There are many institutions you can apply for a scholarship in Australia but it will be easier to get one if sponsored by your institution. I am not so well informed how is it financially though. But I got an idea of how some doctors went for scholarship there. They applied through an institution to institution endorsement and after they have been accepted, visa processing follows which requires an English proficiency test either OCCUPATIONAL ENGLISH TEST (7 as the bandwidth score) or IELTS (A or B score).

i sugest maybe going to www.google.com and doing a search under foreign scholarships or you can also try government grants a student grants for study overseas website that i know of is www.worldstudy.org and you can also try this link http://www.firstgov.gov/Citizen/Topics/Benefits.shtml P.S.i don't know if you are a christian or if you have ever been saved so i just thought i would take a moment to say that Jesus cares for you "believe on the lord jusus christ, and thou will be saved" (acts 16:31) (John 14:6)
