Have you thought of arthritis?
I had pain in my knee that turned out to be fluid called 'water on the knee' which the doctor aspirated out with a fat needle in his regular office. He got a whole quarter cup of fluid out of one knee!
I had no more pain in it after that.

That is a lot of Ringworm! Homepathy will not help such a diffuse infection. You need to get a proper laboratory diagnosis from a skin scraping sample and get some antifungal medication.
If you really want to avoid western medicine, then garlic has some antifungal properties, take two raw cloves per day, and try rubbing some crushed garlic paste on a small affected area to see if it helps, then increase area accordingly. Be careful, some people cannot tolerate large amounts of garlic.
As to your knee, if you are overweight, then losing weight will help. The knees are always the first to suffer. Other options include osteoarthritis, patella bursitis (although if it is localised pain this is unlikely) or misaligned patella (see a podiatrist for orthotic shoe inserts).
This is general advice only, see a real doctor for more specific advice.

57 years old. Knee pain? Sounds like you need to have an appointment with an orthopedic doctor. Your knee may be about worn out. I,m 55 and I,ve had both my knees "scoped" which is arthroscopic surgery. Its done on an outpatient basis and you usually go home the same day and take it easy for a few weeks. They can determine if you need surgery by doing an MRI. Very common ailment when your in your 50,s. Also have you tried taking glucosamine chondrotin pills. They help after you have taken them for 3 or 4 weeks.

The only cure I know of for ring worm must be obtained by prescription from your doctor. If the pain is an aching in the joint of your knee it's probably osteoarthritis caused be ware and tear on the joint. Advil usually releives the pain, also moist heat helps.

Joint pain or stiffness of the joint may be caused by overexertion, injuries, arthritis, muscle pain, bursitis and other diseases. Depending on the cause of the joint pain, joints on both sides of the body and small or large joints may be affected. Some types of joint pains can be completely cured but for other types of joint pain (like pain caused by osteoarthritis), treatment will only reduce the pain. It is better to consult a good Homeo doctor, who will be able to prescribe your case-spefic medicine. Please don't go by hearsay.
Wish you health and relief.
