I accidentally got my pills confused and took 900 mg of Zoloft. Do I need to seek medical attention, or should I be okay?

Symptoms of overdose include: sleepwalking, vomiting, tachycardia(rapid heartbeat), nausea, dizziness, agitation, and tremor. If you are exhibiting any of these you should call the emergency room of your local hospital.

I was at the hospital once with my daughter and a baby was brought in the grandmother said the child had gotten into her zoloft or a similar drug and the baby never did wake up while I was there and I was there for over night. when I left there was no change in that baby. I think it went into a coma. you better go get help. you should value your life. no matter how bad it is. there is always someone worse off than you. good ,luck.

NEVER ask a question like this here. Call your doctor, an ER, or as was suggested, poison control.
