I'm on a very strict diet and this is my 4th day. I'm so hungry! I've followed my diet perfectly! I wana cheat! Someone, tell me something inspiring!
What do you tell yourself to keep froming cheating?

its yer choice lady, u eat now, its gonna mean that u have no control over yerself and that ur lettin down som1 or urself.


if u wnated sumthin +ve, ur gonna b happy with the results urself, jus becoz u r hungry now it doesnt mean u gotta eat, it isnt wrong for such thoughts to cross ur mind but its wrong to act em out.

Okay, inspiring time!...you can do it! All of us on Yahoo Answers believe in you. Look, you've made it 4 days- that's a very long time! If you can make it 4, I know you can make it longer. You've done such an awesome job following it, don't mess it up now! Your body wants the chips, but when you lose all the weight that you want to, you'll be thankful that you didn't! Now get out there and eat some celery!!! That's all I've got...Best of luck! :)

i dont really know how like, healthy they are but i like slim fast shakes and then a quick run to burn a few of the calories in it. drink it slow though i think it expands or something bc it kinda makes you full. the ones from costco [kirkland or something] are my favorite!
or eat fruit. theyr good & healthy. bananas are pretty filling.
i dont think you should just go cold turkey, whatever diet your doing. just take it slow and your body will get used to it and you wont feel as hungry all the time!

Just think about a nice thick juicy steak dinner, with mashed potatoes and gravy and butter, and a side of porkchops smothered in applesauce and a small but very tasty salmon filet cooked with lemon and more mashed potatoes and . . . ,

celery... i ate so much it came out my nose when i was on a diet and i stuck to it and lost over 100lbs so far... you burn more cal's eating the celery than you do taking it in.. or some mumbo jumbo like that... its pretty much water that fills you up lol

lollies work, I have just lost 15 kilo's, at the moment your stomach is big but as you eat less food it will shrink, so you won't feel so hungry, chewing lollies stops you from feeling hungry,
