I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!

Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:

1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.

There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/ that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

Dr. Murad’s Acne Complex

All over the world so much research has been done to curb acne because it makes beautiful faces ugly and full of black prominent spots. Very many researches have been conducted and a few have tasted success. One of them is Acne Complex.

Before getting into the details of Acne Complex, we need to know more about acne.
Acne is a skin disorder that usually happens when a person is in the teens. During that particular period of life, in both male and female bodies, Androgen, a male sex hormone, increases. This increase of Androgen does not necessarily happen in everybodys body. But in whosever’s body this increase happens, it causes overproduction of sebum and keratin. This results in clogged pores of the skin and infection. This is called acne. In the case of acne the hormones can create acne beyond teenage years. Especially among women this trend is seen.

Here are a few guidelines and tips to tackle the acne menace:
Use a pH balanced cleanser followed by ‘toner’ every 2 hours or so ideally. Recommended cleansers are Synergie & Biotique. Use a natural toner like lemon juice. Dilute, dab it on the face and rinse off, or use a synthetic toner off the marketplace

Go to the essential oil area of your chemist/pharmacist and buy the best quality oils you can afford. Cheap imitations won't work as well. Tea Tree Oil, Lavender (both anti-bacterial and anti-viral, Chamomile (soothing). Research on the net or at the library or even buy a book on essential oils and make up blends to help cleanse and soothe the skin. Also, you will have to look at diet - sometimes cutting out junk helps. Start with these and then work your way towards more oils to help your condition.

Pimples are a normal part of life most people get them.
Sometimes it helps if you know what skin type you are ( eg.. I have oily skin)

i usually just use a bit on toothpaste on affected area overnight

keep doing this for 3 weeks

if ur pimples are spreaded dont put it every where only put it in some places

Never put oil on ur face cause ur skin is already filled with oil
try and use oil free things such as cleanseers with oil, eg

HERES WHATS GOING ON
we just learned about this in anatomy

your sebacious gland (your oil gland) is getting clogged, and this forms a white head. Well, when this happens in open air, it turns black causing a black head, and when this gets infected, it turns into a pimple if there is an active infection, it is called acne

THE BEST PRODUCT for BLACKHEADS and acne
Its been proven
is called ACNEFREE, it clears the sebaceous gland and dries up the pores. you can get it almost anywhere and it works great for everyone i know who uses it
it comes in 3 steps, but i also purchased the 4th step, called ther acne and blackhead terminator. It is prescription quality, but much cheaper
