American from D.C. & love it here in Amesterdam ! People are nice, intelegent, polite, civilized, open minded & care about each other, unlike Americans who have no grammer, talk with the, " u know..i was like..check it out..oh my god..cool..& roll their eyes as idiots",want to shoot you or sell you drugs. I LOVE IT HERE !!! Though, too many Russian & Romanian prostitutes here.

living no, but on military trips we need to live there temp, and when there it is only right no matter if we are repersenting there the military or not, we should as an american respect there laws and comunicate with them the best we can with there language as should the same be when you come to america
