I try to stay away from the controversial topics (lately I have failed), but ultimately come to give answers, and learn something new. It is interesting to read some peoples views on a simple question and how it can actually be helpful.
There is ALOT of bashing going around in the politics, religion and spirituality, cultural groups and women's studies area. It is just a form of obnoxiousness translocated to the internet.

I just have fun here, I dont bash anyone unless they attack me, and even rarely do I waste time doing that. I can take a joke as well as anyone, and I just like to ask and answer questions, sometimes seriously, sometimes in jest.

I'm facinated by the wide range of questions and answers. From amazing chemistry and math questions. To mentally challenged questions like, how can I tell if my girlfriend loves me. The wide range in questions and answers, just blows me away!

I came here at first to learn of other faiths until the scoffers and their filth mingle in. Now I look forward to answering only questions that interest me.

Neither for answers nor to bash. Maybe to stir your consciousness, and to make you think. That's all.

Looking for answers.
Looking for an honest debate.
Hoping not to get overly enthusiastic and bash anyone.
Hoping not to get bashed (although it has happened). sob sob sob. (I guess I must've bashed first and deserved the bashing).

I'm here to learn.

Neither. I care to share my knowledge with inquirers who ask legitimate questions, and put a bug in the ear of those who simply want to proselytize.

Morbid curiosity mostly.

Also to answer the rare legitimate question. To confront apostasy and heresy as well.

I'd say 95% of the questions are purely rhetorical, if they are questions at all.

In any case, I am here because I have become morbidly fascinated with the level of pure naivety and ignorance of theists.
