I like guys who have discovered what makes THEM interesting and fun to be around... whether it is that they are outgoing and good at cracking jokes, or that they are quiet and studious, and really into their studies, or they are artistic and put their all into their artwork...
When a guy finds what makes him special, it gives him a certain genuine confidence that other guys don't have, especially ones who are really quiet and studious but force themselves to try to be outgoing.
That said, it is easiest to meet a guy who TALKS to people once in a while!

girls love it when their guy is totally talkative and funny and just the star of the convo when he is in public (especailly if he includes you into it) however.. make sure you let the girls know that you do have the side that can cuddle up one night and have a serious convo.
