This is in the wrong section, but I will answer.

First of all, no single country has ever really ruled the world. A country may be influential, but it never rules the world. America has never ruled the world, nor has Great Britain. That said, I suppose America will be fairly competitive for the next ten years. At some point China will probably catch up and maybe surpass the US in influence though. Other countries cannot compete with China economically because it has so many people that they can force to work for barely anything. And of course, Americans buy cheaper goods even if it undermines the economic infrastructure of the US. Most of the goods we use are made in China. I buy US-made goods if I can, but it's just too hard to find them most of the time. And when you do find them, sometimes the price difference is staggering. I hope the rest of America comes to its senses soon, before this problem gets any more out of hand. Good night!

First ...this question is in the wrong forum...singles and dating

Second... we cant even be friends with one country ...Britain without problems, how will any country have any hope of making people bend to their will globally? Its not going to happen....just look at Iraq, Afghanistan, Bosnia, Ireland, Vietnam, Myanmar and Korea...where people of the same race and religion kill each other to try to be in control...what will happen when some outside power tries to do the same? Then, like the Iraqis and Afghans, the warring factions band together against a common enemy and there is no peace..
So, believe me when I tell you.....that SUPERPOWER nonsense you are thinking about? It will never happen.
Hundreds of years ago Genghis Khan swept across Asia and part of Europe, killing millions, destroying whole cultures and cities, more than 4 different races were said to be exterminated by him...but once he died the empire broke up because of internal strife and the only thing left was stories and pictures of this 'superpower' of the time.

India, China, and Venezuala

Chinese & indians are not lazy. They come to America to work. I've never seen a homeless Indian, or Chinese person.

Venezuala is run by an a#^&hole that is gaining support by bashing Bush. They have oil out the whazoo that brings them $.

Personnaly,
I'd rather it be US, but were not headed in the right direction with the exception of our space program which is superior to everybody.

US will be in power for at least the next 10 or 20 years, but the next in line is China.

Ten years from now? America
100 years from now? Watch out for growing economies like China with incredible manpower. Although that communism thing might get in the way...
