In March of this year I started feeling tired and nauseas sometimes, and dizzy/weak with pains that were intermittent and varied from abdominal to lower back and between shoulder blades. I didn't go see a doctor about it until it got so severe that I thought I was gonna pass out at work, I went to the local clinic and they did blood work and I had elevated white cell count, we blamed it on infected wisdom teeth and I had those removed. Still felt bad tired often, had a tubal ligation in June, was hospitilized in July for fever, inflammation, white cell count and severe abdominal pain, they assumed it was pid until the stds came back negative, and I was vomiting as I left the hospital. The symptoms kept getting worse I went to e.r. 3 times with severe pain and vomiting, have a gaseoenterologist now, and he ordered a hida scan, the process of getting my gallbladder took so long thet had to give me morphine and didn't get to finish second part of test.Verysicknowwillmydiagnosisbeslower?

what was the results on the ultrasound of the abdomen?
all the symptomes you mentioned are non specific but point toward an infection somewhere ( it couldn't be the tooth,non-sense).
I may say you may have an abdomial abscess but this should be kinda easily diagnosed by ultrasound of abdomen.
let me know if I can be of any help.

A sub diaphragmatic abscess is nearly the correct guess. Total abdominal ultra sonography clinches the diagnosis.
