Well when I was in elementary my skinny was pretty dark, k like tannish. Now i am in the ninth and i turned much more lighter. I never go in the sun that much (yes, i still have a social life), i wear long sleeves in the sun etc., i am not pale i am light skin but not too light. especially my legs! theirs the whitest, then my upper body and finally my arms . yeah...is this possible?

Maybe you went out in the sun when you were younger and now you don't?
Not really hard to figure this out especially when you gave the answer in your question.

Yes this is possible. You may have gone lighter due to genetics or lack of sunlight. I actually am lighter where my clothing covers my body. When I was sick I was indoors a lot and due to that became light. I guess the only way to get color back is by sunlight (full Monty). I have done this a few times and my skin color is starting to even out.

If you wear long sleeves it is obviously going to block out some of the sun so you won't be getting darker. Maybe when you were younger you went out side a lot and got tanned from playing. Its better not to be tan or burnt though because then you won't be as likely to get skin cancer.

Your skin got lighter because it appears you use to go out in the sun and now you don't. If you don't go out in the sun much you skin stays really white. The more you go out in the sun the darker it will get. You don't necessarly have to lay out just do more things outside and your skin will get darker. Try it and see!!

Thanks--but another great one to add is drinking lots of water. Just more. Always keep a water bottle with you. I tried it for just a week and it made my skin glow and blemishes were kinda starting to go away and pimples came but were really small----but that is what all of the other stuff is for.

Maybe you are iron-deficient besides not going out in the sun.

maybe this is just a case of a gradual onset of colour-blindness. i believe the correct latin medicinal term is 'when you see colours rubbishly'
a good remedy, and this goes for any skin condition too, is rubbing nettles into your eyes, or skin.
