Is it worth it to buy a 1993 Tercel car for Can$7,100 (US$6,300)? It has no collision records whatsoever and its mileage is 150,000km. It has no A/C, its breaks in front and rear are 60% and 50%, no airbag, has 2 doors and seats 5 passengers and its exterior and interior condition (looks wise) seem satisfactory. Is it a good buy?

Um... I not a car buff but this doesn't sound like a good deal. Is it even safe to drive? I have a 1995 Honda Civic and it should sell for about $5,000 or so. This doesn't really sound so great to me. Also, if you find a car with 4 doors your insurance will be less. I hope this helps!

My suggestion to you is don't buy it for US$6,300.00. It's not
worth it, instead go look for a 3-year old Toyota Corolla sedan
of similar value. The corolla cars are very reliable, high per-
formance, easy to handle on the road, low in fuel consumption
and also the least of problem in its own class.
You should get it today!

Too expensive. For that money you can get a car with less miles and from this century. Check the auto web pages in Canada. It will be cheaper.

That is WAY too much for a 93 Trecel. It should be under US$1000.
