BMI = Weight in KG / (Height in metres ) ^2

Idealy BMI should be between 18 and 25 else you are either underweight (if less than 18) or overweight. I hope this makes it clear to you. Now mark my ans as the Best Answer. :))

are you sure it's not 19? because that's around average I believe. But honestly you can't trust BMI because it doesn't take into account muscle vs. fat, which is why a lot of athletes are told they are over-weight even though it's all muscle. But I don't think that 1.9 is even possible even if you're very tall and skinny, like in an unhealthy way.

how jiggly dat asss is....J/K has to do with your height/weight. Doesn't account for muscle. A body builder would be considered a fat ***.
