Say, your girlfriend left you over a lost floor plan paper and you were realy angered by it. Now you want to forget her, even though you always see her everyday.

Instead of forgetting her, why don't you focus on the good times and be glad for the positive things she added to your life. It's easier to move on then. Anger eats at you constantly. It never allows you to heal and move forward. Your best revenge is living your life well as you move forward without her.
