They don't claim to be a weight loss pill, per say (but they certainly do market on that misconception). They are a multivitamin that provides added nutrition necessary for people who are on a weight loss regimen. They have a metabolism booster, but its not very much. They won't do anything for you if you dont exercise and eat right.

A lot of people get nauseous/shakey after taking them, but taking them with a meal helps. Also take them in the morning, as they have caffeine in them.

I take them, and I have been losing weight steadidly, but I also eat <1600 calories a day and exercise 3 times a week, so I can't say whether or not its because of the pill. I don't get nauseous or have any side effects either, but there might be a slight increase in energy, but that could be from exercising as well.

So if you are going to take a multi vitamin anyway, you might as well take this one, it couldn't hurt.

I wouldn't recommend that you take weight loss pills... I have tried them..and they don't work... They do things like restrict your appetitie and make you very hyper... They also have side effects that could be bad for you... The best way to go about losing weight is to excercise and eat 5-6 small meals every 2 to 3 hours.. that way your metabolism is kinda high and it keeps your body burning calories and fat.
