I'm on a bunch of anti-depressants. I maintain a pretty good outlook on life...as long as I remember to take my meds!

That's bad but I doesn't mean it can't get better and you should talk to you mom and family or a school councilor for advice don't worry because you will follow your dreams just believe in yourself and don't get you hopes low because you should love yourself it's nice to have friend you will make friends maybe it's just not the right time but in life I know you will go far and fulfill all of your dreams and what unfortunately happened to your dad will happen to everyone in life but I know you know your dad loves you and he still does just once in a while remember that you were born for a reason and if you have a talent don't be afraid to let it out you can make friends who have stuff in common with you don't be afraid to do what is right but talk to your family N explain to them patiently but don't tell them they R wrong just say ok but explain your decisions maybe you just need some time alone in your room with nobody for a while and just relax or take a nap also I think you should keep a diary to express yourself and I know u will be an actress one day just take one step At a time I hope I helped

Sometimes we wonder, "What did I do to deserve this?" or "Why did God have to do this to me?" Here is a wonderful explanation!
A daughter is telling her Mother how everything is going wrong, she's failing algebra, her boyfriend broke up with her and her best friend is moving away.
Meanwhile, her Mother is baking a cake and asks her daughter if she would like a snack, and the daughter says, "Absolutely Mom, I love your cake."
"Here, have some cooking oil," her Mother offers. "Yuck" says her daughter.
"How about a couple raw eggs?" "Gross, Mom!"
"Would you like some flour then? Or maybe baking soda?" "Mom, those are all yucky!"
To which the mother replies: "Yes, all those things seem bad all by themselves. But when they are put together in the right way, they make a wonderfully delicious cake!
God works the same way. Many times we wonder why He would let us go through such bad and difficult times. But God knows that when He puts these things all in His order, they always work for good! We just have to trust Him and, eventually, they will all make something wonderful!
God is crazy about you. He sends you flowers every spring and a sunrise every morning.
Whenever you want to talk, He'll listen. He can live anywhere in the universe, and He chose your heart.
Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we are here we might as well dance.
"Health is the greatest gift, contentment the greatest wealth, faithfulness the best relationship"

Well, Happiness is not a fish that you can catch.
It is better thought of as directions.
If you are unhappy it means that whatever position you are in is not good enough for one thing. Unhappy also means that your progress sensors are warning you that you are not going in the direction you want or need to.
All this says is that you need to change what you are doing.
There is one thing that messes it all up,
and that is if your measuring yourself and your life against unobtainable ideals.
None of us are perfect but we can all be better, and the good old days that people talk about never existed,
and certainly don't exist now,
but we can make our days better if not perfect.
good luck

You are unable to see beyond yourself. Try helping others. There are people who are far worse off than you are and you could make a big difference in their lives. Visit a military hospital, volunteer at an animal shelter or at Habitat for Humanity. Become a Big Sister and mentor a motherless girl. There are so many things you can do and it will help you more than anyone else.

I'm in the same boat. I am coming to terms with the possiblity of it being a depression. I am currently trying One a Day All Day Energy Vitamines with an extra vitamin SAM-E. It has helped a bit to increase my mood. Woman over thrity (especially after having kids-I have three)..its just a chemical embalance and your mind is tricking you. You just need to balance your body back out.
Look into and see if it imply's to you.
If you need to chat..just email me.

Happiness is a choice, if you are not clinically depressed.
See a doctor to see if there is a medical reason.
BTW, hate is optional, and so is self-pity. I found this out the hard way.

me too, I hate everything I don't like to do anything, I wish I would've been dead, but I know where the problem is, now I'm just trying to solve it so I could live my life normally and change that manner of not wanting to do anything or not wanting to talk to anyone.
so you probably have that feeling because of a problem that you have or an ambition that you want to achieve but it's to hard to achieve it. think about your problem and try to solve it.
good luck.

you're afraid of what? just because you hate everyone and everything in life doesn't mean that you can't still enjoy life itself. the only thing preventing you from your own happiness is yourself.
