i am young and my face is beautiful but the only thing is that im 190 pounds . i dont want to spend money for sugery. wht can i do.

Drink more water. Every time you think you can drink another glass, do it. Try to avoid sodas. The extra fluid will help your body process out fats and excess sugars. drinking things with sugar and things of the like only worsens the body's ability to cleanse itself.

No sodas. Try iced tea instead. Even tho you still have sugar involved, at least you're getting some antioxidents and it's not high fructose corn syrup (which instantly is stored as fat)

It's easy and will allow you to lose up to five or six pounds in the first week and one to two a week for a few weeks after until your body levels out.

and walking never hurt anyone, but the water thing definitely works.

Ok, the only true way to loose weight is to go on a diet, and exercise. I am a 20 year old male who weighs 200 lbs, but mostly muscle. I lost of 50 lbs of fat alone by exercising and the largest part of my success was the SOUTH BEACH DIET. Pick up the SBD book from a book store as well as the cook book and follow the steps. You will not be disappointed. One piece of advise, don't try diet pills alone and not exercise or eat well....you will just be disappointed because unfortunately, life doesn;t work that way...you can't get something out of nothing.

NO TAP WATER
NO FAST FOOD
NO ENERGY DRINKS
ALL OF THIS AFFECT YOUR TYHRIOD AND IS CAUSEING YOUR TO GET FAT.

I know what you're going through. I was on meds that made me gain weight and I was so depressed. Stay away from prepackaged foods. Just fruits, veggies, whole grains and lean meats and exercise every day. I bought equipment but you can just walk or jog. Also, drink a butt load of water. I do this and I'm dropping weight like no one's business. lol

Also, stay away from SUGAR. That's a bad one. I forgot to tell you that fruit is loaded w/sugar and to even keep that in moderation and don't put sugar in your coffee. use splenda. If you drink juice, do not drink orange juice or and juices like hawaiian punch. I just drink white grapefruit and I put splenda in it. Even that in moderation though. No more then 8 oz a day.

About 1 to 2 lbs. a week. It's slow but it's the safest way to lose weight.

You always have to eat to make sure you have the normal metabolic rate in order to reduce weight. Nevertheless, reduce in quantity but keep balance varieties. In the meantime, reduce salt in your food. Eat your 3 meals on time and no snack in between. Drink tea, any kind of tea and no sugar added. No coffee or any other kind of drinks except tea or water. Another thing is always walk with your largest stride which ensure you to lose weight on your lower body.

Eat but chose wisely...If you have a hamburger leave the cheese and mayo off,instead of eating chips eat pretzels.Instead of cheesecake have a pickle...You can eat without starving and lose weight best wishes

How old are you? If you are young you shouldn't be thinking of surgery! Because if you are obese then you should be getting surgery but just exercise more and eat healthy dont starve yourself!
