i have had neck pain and tenderness for 4 days the location it starts is about the cartoid pulse point and it goes downward a little. no other symptoms except it hurts to talk, yell, and sing. no fever no sore throat . what could this be?i cant really tell if it is swollen or not i dont feel any lumps or anything. someone help

now between my armpit and breast is also tender and painful on the opposite side from the pain and tenderness in my neck

There could be any number of things associated with your symptoms. It could be something as simple as stress
a number of more serious disorders. Have there been any recent changes in your life such as a new job, a divorce, a move? These are very stressful events and your body could be suffering. On the other side of the coin there could also be something physically wrong and I suggest if it continues for more than a couple of days to see your family doctor..

may be a THYROIDITIS (inflammation of thyroid gland) which happens mainly in young females,sometimes after delivery.
