Because they can. Any state these days that closes a liquor store at 11pm is a loser state. I'm ok with it being closed on Sunday as long as you can stock up Saturday night. The key is to plan ahead. Happy drinking!!

11 !!! in Texas they stop selling at 9:00 P.M.!! I'm happy i live in Ca. drinking wise that is. they stop at like 5/6 AM then start selling again at 7/8 AM!!! HA!
