1. Eyes. Sparkling pupils against a background of clear white is essential. Bloodshot eyes, eyes yellow with jaundice, eyes that are weeping blood or pus are an absolute turnoff and indicator of real sickliness.
2. Overall facial symmetry, shape and contours.
3. Overall athleticism and figure (hourglass or thin athelete figure)
4. Breasts --firmess is most important, then height and size
5. Hips (especially broad, child-bearing hips below a thin waist)
6. Lips --and -- the sound of her laughter ( cackling or wheezy, inhaling laugh is a turnoff).

Honestly... 1 or 7. (7 being legs) I think you can tell a lot about a woman by her breasts and legs. Personally I look for toned. Anyone that takes good care of themselves, is going to take good care of you. But this is only my personal preference. Although 2 and 6 fall into this category as well. I'd say 1,7,6,2,3,5,4.

1.Breasts have to be big, but not too big.
C cup is fine.
2. I love a big butt. I hate pancake butt. It has to stick out.
3. Your eyes have to talk to me without moving your lips. They have to show a lot of emotion.
4. Hips coincide with the butt. Too slim and I don't like it.
5. Lips, think Angelina Jolie with Drew Barrymore. Full and luscious.
6. Hair can be any type. I prefer brunettes.
7. Overall weight can be thick. I can't take skinny girls.

It all depends on the woman. I've known women whose hair attracted me to the point of complimenting them and then going from there. I've always had a mild lech for Meg Foster with her pale, pale blue eyes. Ultimately, it all depends on her intelligence and personality. Outward appearances can end up being the best money can buy.

For me its both Breast (large) and eyes. Why breast? I can't explain it, I'm just a breast man. As for eyes, I find true beauty in a woman's eyes. It's as if I can read everything there is to know about her through her eyes.

Honestly, it can be easy to find the beauty in most women, even the flawed ones. So realistically, most women are flawed, (I know its easy to get caught up on the few perfect ones and feel the need to 'look' like them) and guys can-and do- look past your physical flaws and will focus on your most beautiful/positive physical attributes, and you probably already know what your personal best features are so guys will look at that.
