30 ml per oz. and 240 ml per cup

My water bottle says it's 8 oz, or 710 mL. So,
710 / 8 is the number of mL in an ounce.
That's about 89 mL per ounce.

look in better homes and gardens...also any cook book will give you the solution to transfer in either the back of the book or at the front.. also the library..or ask jeeves at google.

Please see if you have something/some pot which has both the measurements like babies feeding bottles have both these figures and you can convert it from there.

Above was the easiest way but if you wanna try something else please try a Dictionary; Calculator and of course computer.
