No. It is a common sophism. You are arguing by ignorance. I could argue to the existence of blue monsters who are football fans on the moon that way.
Every year, around baseball season, the moon has quick deviations from its orbit. It's because the blue monsters watch football, get excited and all jump at the same time. Because they are on the hidden face of the moon, we can't see them.
The scientific explanation is that the moon enters opposite gravitational fields from Venus and Mars at that particular time of year. Mine is just as invalid as yours because I posit y by saying we can't explain `x`, therefore I'll use 'y' to explain it.
The conclusion is completely arbitrary.

Of course not. This is the argument of intelligent Design all over again. Just because there is not YET a scientific explanation for something, doesn't mean that the solution should be "God did it". 1,000 years ago everyone was convinced God created a flat earth.

God created everything, stars don't just popup out of the void. so he put them where he wanted them, and there they are :)
