If belly buttons are for when the baby is in the womb to provide it's nutrition would Adam and Eve have had belly-buttons since God just created them and they weren't in a womb?

No because Adam and Eve were created by God. They were not born of man, So there would have not been a reason for a bellybutton.

Come on People.....just cause Adam and Eve weren't born of another human doesn't make them not have belly buttons. God created them the way he wanted humans to look like. So, there is no doubt that he would have made them with belly buttons.

I've never thought of that!

Good question....

It's like" "Which came first, the chicken or the egg?"

I suppose they had belly-buttons. To be the form of man as created by God. The image that evrey other human would be, so I think they would have had belly-buttons.

Very cute. God doesn't mention it in His word so He must not have thought it was important for us to know. I think they probably did not have belly buttons, but you can always ask Him yourself.

Why would he leave out an obvious part of the human body? Just because they weren't born, does not mean he would not make them appear complete. Especially since they knew what it was for, but would not actually experience the reason for it until they had their first child.
