Most people lose weight different ways. The only way I can lose is starving--my body does not go into starvation-save-fat mode.
Water makes up a lot of weight---lower or quit salt. Quit all carbohydrates, white bread and sugar. Whole wheat bread is good for u, and so is any 100% whole wheat cereal---just no cereal with sugar.

this might seem brutal, but this is what I did... do a 5-10 mile run, depending on how in-shape you are. Go really fast, but never let yourself stop and recover; then go hop on a stationary bike for an hour or more, then swim half a mile. you won't be able to move afterwards. Also, replace most of the food in your diet with fruits and vegetables, because it's way less calories, and much more freedom. you never feel sick after.

Try to control yourself from drinking carbonated drinks. No to sweets, salty, fatty and spicy food. Just drink 10-15 glasses of water everyday. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Try it coz I lose weight from 75 kilos to 62 kilos in 3 months.
