I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!
Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:
1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.
There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/ that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

Hey, listen to me...
Your skin gives off moisture through your skin pores.
When they get clogged up with oils and dirt, zits are
formed.
One of the simplest ways to prevent/reduce this situation is to drink lots of water and avoid cokes (coco products)
and chocolates. For the most part, all those creams and ointments are out there so that certain companies can make zillions of dollars. However, some people do have serious skin problems that need medical attention, and I don't want to belittle their efforts at better skin health..

Zits are caused by blocked pores from dirt and oils. Oil and dirt can be transferred to your face by hands, phones, or makeup clogging the pores and the dreaded hormones. Wash your face twice a day with a gentle oil free cleanser, use a toner/astringent and an oil free moisturizer. If you overwash your face you can dry out the skin and send your skin into a frenzy to produce more oils. Also use alcohol to wipe off your cell phone and home phone. Just use a cotton ball dampened with the rubbing alcohol and rub over the handsets. Also keep your hands away from your face. Make sure all makeup products are oil-free.
Water keeps your body and skin hydrated which is vital for your organs and skin. It also keeps your bladder flushed.

Yeah I heard about that too like the first person who answered your questin said its not just good for your skin but everything inside your body too. But if your face is really pimply then I recommend you to use some cleanser or see a dermotologest!

All parts of your body use water to transport things. It is important to continue to take in fresh fluids every day. Your skin is the biggest organ in your body. The acne is actually due to overproduction of oil by sebaceous glands. Keeping your skin clean is your best bet. Your family doctor or your dermatologist might have other suggestions for you.

Yes. Staying hydrated helps keep your pores open. That's half the battle. Then you have to keep your skin clean. Wash your face 3 times a day and pat your skin dry instead of rubbing the towel on your skin. Rubbing the towel spreads oils.

it helps to purify the body and therefore the skin as well but you should still use cleansers if you have acne. water is not a cure. I know from experience. i have acne and all i drink is water, all day everyday.
