how do you make a baked potato in a 1000w microwave?

Poke a bunch of holes in it with a fork. Then put in the mic for like 4 minutes but watch it when it looks like its getting crispy on the outside its done.

Clean your potato very well. Put into a corning dish with a lid. Add about 1 to 2 inches of water, cook on high until done. You will have to test until you know how long to cook. This is the best potato I have even eaten.

On high for about 5 mins.
