my sister is missing and no one knows were she is ..we think she might have took off to a different country either Ireland or Polland..i was wondering if there is a way to find this info out

In order to do that -- she would have HAD to have a Passport and the Visa entry Documents to enter Poland for sure (not sure about Ireland's need for a separate Visa Application) -- and this takes time.

you can check her fore arm for a tattoo comemorating the fact that she crossed the equator, that's always a dead giveaway!
