You really need to wash your hair a lot less and brush it more using a flat brush. It'll trigger natural oils making your hair get its natural shine back too. A hair dresser recently told me that I should only wash my hair every third day. I am using shampoo and conditioner by Redkin (the smooth down collection) along with a treatment they call butter treat in same collection. I've only been using it a short time, but it seems to be working well.
