I always look for capsules first. If there's no choice but pills (tablets), I will test it by dumping it in a glass of water to see the time it takes to dissolve.

capsules go down SO MUCH EASIER. they are smooth and it's just easier. Also i find i dont get left with this wacked out taste in my mouth.

Capusles are definitely better they are so much easier to swallow& go down more smoothly.
