Go to the local park and take a long walk, or if you live close to the beach do the same thing.
Or
Take a blanket into the back yard and lay on it and watch the stars and talk.
Play a game (twister) or something like that
Play cards
Go for a long drive
Make a fun night out of cooking together and feeding each other.

I'm going to get drunk and screw around. I can't reccomend that, but it's an idea...Or why don't you just hang out together? Anybody you can stand to spend time with without a plan or something to do set out for you is defianetly a keeper. If you love him, show it by showing him you don't have to do anything special to enjoy each other :)

Depends on your age and circumstances. If I was at a loose end with what to do with my partner, then I'd have a romantic night in.
